Villa “Louisa” is a beautiful detached two-storey villa situated in one of the most renowned islands of Greece, Skiathos, belong to Sporades archipelago, which is favored by Hollywood stars and jet setters. The house is built at one of the most prime areas of the island, Kalamaki, above the Tzaneria beach. However, the house offers absolute privacy to its guests. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, a living room and a WC. The first floor comprises of a master bedroom with its own full en-suite bathroom. The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and an LCD television at the living room as well as Free WiFi in all areas. Additional features include a grand private parking space for two automobiles and a large, well-appointed furnished exterior space. Villa “ Louisa “ it can accommodate up to five people.

The Neighborhood
The villa is built right above the Janeria beach in a distance of 2 minutes by foot. Only a few steps away from the house, guests can find a restaurant, a cafeteria and a tennis court. Guests can enjoy many watersports. There is also a market in very close proximity (50 meters) to the house. Finally, many restaurants can be found close to the villa.
Getting Around
There is a bus stop three minutes on foot away from the villa where guests can take the bus to get to the town and anywhere else on the island.
In addition, there are sea taxis available. Guests can also rent a car to move around as well as call a taxi service.
